Privacy policy.
This policy covers https://binaryailabs.com and the enquiries made through it. It is written to describe what actually happens rather than to reserve the widest possible rights.
1What we collect
Enquiries: when you use the contact form or request a Discovery Sprint, we collect what you type — your name, work email, company if you give it, and your message.
Readiness check: your answers and score stay in your browser unless you ask for the full report, in which case we also receive your name, work email, company if given, and those answers.
Product waitlist: your work email only.
Job applications: your name, email, chosen area and location, an optional profile link, your answers to five reasoning questions and the resulting score, your written answer, and the CV file you upload.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — as a normal part of serving the site.
2Why we collect it
Enquiry, readiness, and waitlist details are used to reply to you, to scope the work you asked about, and — for the waitlist — to tell you when our products are available.
Job applications are used only to assess your application.
Server logs are used for security and to diagnose faults.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it to train models.
3Where it is stored
Form submissions are held in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region. CVs are kept in private Supabase storage that is not publicly accessible. The site is served by Vercel. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
4How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation that resumes after a gap. After that they are deleted.
Job applications and CVs are deleted within 12 months if we do not hire you.
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or the waitlist closes.
Server logs are retained for 30 days.
5Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email growth@binaryailabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
