Faster, consistent decisions across every branch

The problem

Every loan application arrives as a stack of documents — IDs, bank statements, property papers, income proof. Staff read them, check them against lending policy, and re-type the details into other systems. It is slow, and two branches can read the same file differently.

What we built

AI agents that read each document, pull out the details, check them against the lender’s policy, flag anything missing or inconsistent, and hand the credit officer a prepared case with a clear recommendation.

What changed

Credit officers spend their time deciding, not reading — and every branch applies the same policy the same way.

How it works

  1. 1

    Read

agents extract the details from every document in the file, in English and regional formats.

  2. 2

    Check

each detail is tested against the lender’s written policy and cross-checked between documents.

  3. 3

    Prepare

the credit officer receives one summary: what’s there, what’s missing, what looks wrong, and a recommendation.

  4. 4

    Decide

the credit officer makes every lending decision; the AI never approves a loan on its own.

HumanFinal say

Credit officers make every lending decision

“The goal isn’t to replace the credit officer. It’s to make sure they never again spend an afternoon re-typing a bank statement.”
